We are currently awaiting countertops and the tile backsplash; and then this masterpiece will be completed! 👌
In order to create the open feeling, we took some walks down, refinished the gorgeous hardwood floors, and then set up the cabinets.
It is now a spacious, open-plan kitchen, no longer hiding behind walls. During the holidays (like Christmas 🎄 😉 ) it is going to be a blast as there are plenty of room for the whole family at the dining room table with all the children (6-8) sitting at the island. And all being in plain sight of each other too!! 😌
